A Refined Home of Contrast and Warmth
Designed for young couples living, this Eco Ardence residence balances visual presence with everyday comfort. Rich marble patterns, dark reflective surfaces and warm timber finishes create a layered interior, while carefully integrated lighting softens the overall composition.
The Design Approach
The living and dining spaces were planned as a connected social setting. A dramatic black marble television wall anchors the living room, accompanied by illuminated display shelving and warm-toned furniture. In the dining area, a sculptural chandelier introduces a lighter, more expressive focal point.
Rather than applying the same treatment throughout, each part of the home was given its own atmosphere while remaining connected through material, proportion and colour.
Designed Around Daily Life
The kitchen combines streamlined cabinetry, durable work surfaces and integrated appliances within an efficient layout. Beyond the shared spaces, a custom home office incorporates working space, display shelving, a coffee station and wine storage—supporting both productivity and moments of pause.
Bedrooms adopt a quieter material palette to encourage rest. In the principal bedroom, muted upholstered panels, metallic accents and softly layered lighting introduce a sense of understated refinement.
Private Spaces
Marble surfaces continue into the bathrooms, where clean-lined cabinetry, glass shower enclosures and a freestanding bathtub create a calm and restorative environment.
From custom storage to lighting and material transitions, every element was considered as part of one connected home.
