Eco Majestic

This Eco Majestic residence was undertaken as a fully led project, with the client appointing the studio to both design and oversee the entire renovation process. With clear trust placed in the direction from the outset, the work was allowed to develop cohesively — from early planning through to on-site execution.

The design approach focused on spatial clarity and balanced composition, allowing creativity to be applied with intention rather than excess. Planning decisions were made to support daily living, while materials and detailing were carefully controlled to maintain a calm, contemporary character throughout the home. Rather than introducing isolated features, the emphasis was placed on how each element contributes to the overall coherence of the space.
